Alice Eleanor

I've recently been working with SIFE http://www.sife.org/Pages/default.aspx Manchester University. This is with a project called Fashion Goes Green, it's brilliant fun because it's at the Pankhurst in Manchester which is an amazing centre for women, it used to be Emmeline Pankhursts home and now it is a hub of positive charities for women, run by women. It is very dear to my heart. We have been working with Women MATTA one of the charities that resides in the Pankhurst.

These photographs were taken from the first workshop. We are hoping to run some more the women seemed keen to do some bag making after seeing the examples I took in to show them. The volunteers at SIFE - who are students at Manchester University are brilliant, I feel lucky and honoured to be involved with this project and look forward to doing some more workshops!!
